Member guide

Customers aged 14 or older can join. All new sign-ups require staff approval. We do not collect gender, birth year or ID copies. Birthday month/day is optional and requires separate consent.

Posts allow up to 4 photos; exhibitions allow 5. Profiles and exhibitions start private, and members choose whether to share with other members. Do not share another person’s private details, face or location without consent.

You can report and block. Staff may urgently hide content, warn, suspend for 7 or 30 days or permanently restrict access, with a stated reason. Report counts alone never trigger sanctions.

Views count once per signed-in member per Korean calendar day, excluding the author. Viewer identities are never displayed.

Staff manually award stamps after verifying a visit. Benefit use is recorded separately from the cumulative count and same-day use is available. Confirm detailed conditions with the studio before use.

You may submit one internal appeal within 7 days of viewing the notice. This does not limit your legal rights.

Tell us your preferred date and time. Your current booking remains until staff confirm availability and the change. Guests can contact the studio with their booking reference.

If you lose access to your email, visit the studio with existing account or booking evidence. Staff must verify you and your new email before recovery; otherwise recovery is deferred. No ID copies are collected. Rejoining does not automatically merge accounts or benefits.

Your profile, posts, photos and sent messages are immediately hidden or removed, and community access ends. Staff review bookings, photos still being provided and necessary report evidence before completing account and data handling.
